IVF Coordinator job in Whittier at Hire Up Staffing

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator to work with our client in Beverly Hills, CA! This is a full time opportunity working at a leading fertility practice. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Educate patients on treatment protocols, medications, diagnostic procedures and early pregnancy.


• Educate patients for signs and symptoms of complications to procedures and medication.


• Coordinates the completion of any necessary infertility diagnostic testing and creates a treatment calendar to assist patient in following the prescribed protocol.


• Clearly document plan of care with attention to detail using an EMR system.


• Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications, and perform phlebotomy.


• Pre-Op patients for surgical procedures such as hysteroscopy, D & C, and egg retrievals.


• The applicant must be a team player. They must be able to work effectively and communicate amongst all members of the health care team to provide continuity of care.


• Provide a patient care experience that exceeds their expectation by actively listening to the patient and taking on the role of providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing


• Must have active California RN, LVN, or MA license


• New grads welcome. We are very willing to train the right candidate; experience in Women’s Health Care is a bonus but not required.


• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday with rotation of weekends and holidays as needed
